Esto \u00faltimo se refiere a que no es lo mismo una casa que tiene solo una planta a una casa con tres plantas.<\/p><p>Un m2 de construcci\u00f3n incluye elementos que conforman la base de la construcci\u00f3n como la cimentaci\u00f3n, columnas, castillos, paredes y losas. As\u00ed como instalaciones hidrosanitarias, el\u00e9ctricas, gas, comunicaciones, entre otras.<\/p><p>En una casa algunos elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos que tambi\u00e9n se toman en cuenta son fachadas, terrazas, balcones y escaleras.
