Conoce las caracter\u00edsticas de los bienes ra\u00edces<\/strong><\/h2><p>Los principales aspectos que debes tomar en cuenta para analizar este mercado, son las\u00a0caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas de la tierra, esto sirve para diferenciar la gran cantidad de activos que conforman a la econom\u00eda, veamos cada uno de ellos:<\/p><h3><strong>Singularidad<\/strong><\/h3><p>No existen dos tipos de parcelas que sean exactas f\u00edsicamente, pueden existir similitudes, pero eso es lo que proporciona valor a la tierra: su singularidad.<\/p><h3><strong>Inmovilidad<\/strong><\/h3><p>Es posible que la topograf\u00eda sea alterada. Sin embargo, lo que le otorga un gran\u00a0valor a la tierra, es que su ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica siempre ser\u00e1 permanente y \u00fanica.<\/p><h3><strong>Indestructibilidad<\/strong><\/h3><p>Algo que le da un gran valor a los\u00a0<strong>bienes ra\u00edces<\/strong>\u00a0es que la tierra es duradera e indestructible. Analiza la ubicaci\u00f3n de la propiedad<\/strong><\/h2><p>Comprar un terreno\u00a0no siempre es la mejor opci\u00f3n, y esto tiene que ver con su ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, porque en algunas ciudades, barrios o pueblos los problemas de seguridad incrementan o no existen los servicios b\u00e1sicos.<\/p><p>Por tanto, investigar los alrededores, la\u00a0historia del sitio\u00a0y los servicios que pueden llegar hasta el terreno que deseas comprar, son aspectos importantes que debes realizar.<\/p><h2><strong>3.
